Central Coast Council is seeking Tenders for the engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for Design and Construction of a new recreational area for the Kariong Oval Recreational Area, consisting of a new skate park and pump track and as identified in these Tender Documents ('Proposed Contract').
Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering a Contract with the preferred Tenderer. Council may in its absolute discretion either accept the Tender that, having regard to all the circumstances, appears to Council to be the most advantageous, or decline to accept any, or all of the Tenders.
