Tender Description
The Department for Premier and Cabinet manages a range of social media accounts and has a legislative requirement to ensure robust social media records management archiving processes are in place. Current record management infrastructure does not provide for this and therefore an external service offering is being sought to satisfy the following business requirements:
- Social media records archiving; and/or
- Social media management with archiving functionality
The procurement aims to select one (1) supplier to meet the business requirements. However, more than one supplier may be selected to ensure all business requirements are met.
