Tender Description
The Department of Communities is seeking to identify a suitable contractor for the construction of the Mandurah Common Ground facility via a Request for Tender (RFT) for Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) Services. Mandurah Common Ground will be a five-storey mixed use/residential facility and consist of 50 self-contained apartments, communal areas, office, commercial and retail spaces.
Feedback is sought on the RFT and ECI agreement at an industry briefing session to take place as per the below details:

Common Ground is a priority project providing permanent, supportive housing in a purpose-built facility for adults who have experienced chronic homelessness or are low-income earners. The first Common Ground in Western Australia will be built in East Perth with the second Common Ground to be built in Mandurah, located at 81-87a Allnut Street.
