Swan Hill Rural City Council invites tenders for the Butterworth Street Reconstruction - between Holloway Grove to Berrybank Drive, Swan Hill.
The project works comprise of pavement reconstruction, kerb & channel and driveway works, drainage works, footpath construction etc.
The total length of the works is approximately 387 Lineal metres
Responses will be evaluated using the following criteria:
- Price will be evaluated on best value
- Compliance of Specification (30%)
- Track Record (25%) - Provide detail about similar projects undertaken
- Availability of Skills/Resources (25%) - Personnel skills and experience relevant to this project
- Social Economic Benefit (5%) - Demonstrate social and economic benefit to Swan Hill Municipality
- Environmental Benefit (5%) - Demonstrate commitment to environmental sustainability
- Quality Assurance Plan, Inspection Test Plan (5%) - Provide required QAP, ITP's
- Project Schedule, Community Engagement & Awareness Plan (5%) - Provide project schedule & share plan for community engagement/interaction & awareness
