Tender Description
The City of Tea Tree Gully (Council) invites expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably experienced building construction contractors (the contractor) as part of a two staged tender process for three upcoming building projects.
Council will evaluate the EOIs received to determine which contractors will be invited to participate in individual select tenders (Stage 2) for each project.
The three projects and associated whole of project budgets are:
- Harpers Field Community Building and Sporting Clubroom - $12,000,000
- Modbury Sporting Club Inc. Clubroom - $4,900,000
- Tilley Recreation Park Clubroom - $3,200,000
Respondents can express interest in one or more of the three projects.
Council has some additional upcoming construction projects and reserves the right to revisit the submissions received under the EOI to invite select tenders for those projects if it sees fit.
