Tender Description
In 2017, the City purchased the Christmas Constellation(the Constellation) lighting asset, which consists of 16,000 bauble shaped lights that can be constructed to take several different formations. Over the years, the Constellation has been constructed in two assorted styles and has become a favourite during the Christmas Lights Trail event. In the past, the Constellation has taken either a hanging 'waterfall' form and a 'tunnel' structure. This Tender is for the construction and operation of the Constellation to be presented for the full duration of the 2022 Christmas Lights Trail(18 November 2022 to 2 January 2023) with potential for extension for 2023/24 and 2024/25.
