Tender Description
The Edward River Village project is a retirement village development being undertaken by Edward River Council in Deniliquin. The objective is to provide and support retirement living for the community and people desiring to come to the Edward River area
Stage 1 of the development involves the construction of six, two-bedroom units and associated landscaping. These will be located on the new road off Poictiers Street. The construction of the roads and associated infrastructure is not part of this Request for Tender
