⁠⁠⁠For Sale by Public Tender: Q163-2023 – Purchase & Removal, Portable Building from 62 Lascelles Street, Hopetoun

Offers are invited for the purchase and removal of a portable building (including internal fittings), currently located at the rear of 62 Lascelles Street, Hopetoun (former CFA building).

Approximate dimensions of the building are:-

• Height – 3 metres
• Length – 10.85 metres; noting with the inclusion of the air-conditioning units that protrude at either end of the building, the total overall length of the building is 12 metres
• Width – 3 metres

Inspection – Mandatory

Inspection of the building can be arranged by contacting the Project Manager, Director Community Development & Wellbeing, Gavin Blinman on 0427 680 253 to schedule an appointment to inspect the building.

Inspection of the building is available Monday to Friday during the hours of 8.00am – 4.00pm by appointment.

It will also be mandatory to be accompanied by a Council officer whilst undertaking an inspection of the building.

The successful tenderer will be required to arrange for removal of the building within 30 days of notification by Council their tender has been accepted. The successful tenderer will be required to notify the Project Manager of the date and time they would like to remove the building, again by appointment only, Monday to Friday, during the hours of 8.00am – 4.00pm.
