Tender Description
The City of Marion are seeking to upgrade the Coach House and Out Building back to its original heritage status. The existing buildings were built in the late 1800s and currently are used for gatherings and local work groups to improve the area.
The key objective of this project is to upgrade the Coach House stage 3 and rebuild the outbuilding.
The proposed works include:
- Ground Floor upgrade
- Upgrade doors and windows
- Upgrade walls
- Upgrade Workshop
- Demolish Out Building and reconstruct
