Tender Description
Homes Victoria is intending to release a Request for Tender or Request for Proposal in late-June 2022 for infrastructure services consulting advice related to demolition of dwellings at project sites to support the Big Housing Build Ground Lease Model (GLM2) Project.
The Project will be delivered under the Big Housing Build program on Homes Victoria owned sites located in Horace Petty, South Yarra; Essex St, Prahran; Barack-Beacon, Port Melbourne; and Bluff Road, Hampton East.
