Provision of Construction Services for DELWP Dartmoor Stage 2 - Depot Re-development

The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) is tasked with creating liveable, inclusive and sustainable communities. To improve on the Department’s high standards of support and emergency/incident management to the communities in South-West Victoria, the Department is planning to replace the current ageing depot in Dartmoor.

Construction will be fully documented (AS-2124 contract) and include demolishing some existing buildings, civil works and constructing shedding, wash-bay and a dangerous goods area.

Any potential suppliers intending to provide a submission for the project must be adequately qualified with demonstrated experience on similar projects.

Supplier Code of Conduct and Local Jobs First policies will apply, with relevant documentation included in the tender documents.

The opportunity to submit proposals for this work will be provided via a formal Request for Tender (RFT) from DELWP. The RFT is expected to be issued July 2022 via open e-tender at http://www.tenders.vic.gov.au (Buying for Victoria).
