Pop-Up Cafe Opportunity at Cardinia Cultural Centre

⁠⁠⁠Cardinia Cultural Centre (CCC) is seeking a short term ‘pop-up’ cafe operator to provide food and beverage services at CCC, commencing on 1 July 2022 until 30 September 2022 (or part thereof).

We are seeking expressions of interest from suitable businesses who would like to serve the regular clientele of Cardinia’s flagship arts, cultural and function venue at an exciting time in its development.

CCC is open 7 days a week, including evenings when shows and functions are on. CCC has a dedicated cafe area, including indoor and outdoor seating for approximately 70 people and a well-equipped commercial kitchen.
