Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Delivery of housing maintenance services via a panel of local contractors utilising a methodology of single contract, multi-trade services for the responsive, vacate and grounds maintenance to Urban Public and Government Employee Housing assets in Tennant Creek and Elliott township.

 
Contract will be for a period of 36 months with a option to extend by 2 x 12 month period.
