Ozark Environment & Heritage has been engaged by pitt & sherry, on behalf of the proponent, and seeks registration of Aboriginal groups or individuals who are interested in being consulted over an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment and potential Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permit application (AHIP) for a State Significant Development Application for the proposed Darlington Bess located on Donald Ross Drive, Darlington Point, NSW.
This consultation group will assist Ozark and pitt & sherry in preparing the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment Report (ACHAR) and potential Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permit (AHIP) application, as required by the Secretary of the Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC) in their consideration and determination of the development application. If you hold cultural knowledge relevant to determining the cultural significance of Aboriginal objects or places in the proposed study area, please register your interest. We will continue to consult with this group.
