Heritage Floor Space - Tranche 2

⁠⁠⁠The City, as owner, is seeking proposals for the purchase of the HFS from applicants who have a HFS requirement.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) contains information about the evaluation, assessment, and shortlisting process. Should you wish to submit a proposal, proponents are to complete the returnable schedules contained in the RFP documents.

The selection process will involve the assessment and evaluation of proposals received in response to the RFP, following which the City, as owner, may select a successful proponent or proponents.
