Council is seeking tenders to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake domain improvements on Station Street, Homebush in New South Wales as part of the Parramatta Road Urban Amenity Improvement Plan (PRUAIP).

Council is seeking tender responses from experienced entities that have appropriate certifications/qualifications, capability and can deliver the best value for money in terms of service and supplying materials.

PLEASE NOTE: There are two components to this tender: Part A Works relate to the general domain improvement; Part B Works are optional and Council is considering its ability to include for the undergrounding of the overhead power lines and services along Station Street, Loftus Crescent and Knight Streets as a separable part in that Council has the choice to proceed with this component or not.
