Tender Description
Looking for a supplier to provide a suite of services to be used ongoing, for the assessment and evaluation of potential hires, as well as the ongoing analysis and development of our workforce. Primarily services relating to psychometric assessments (capability testing, values alignment, attitudes towards diversity, aptitude testing, emotional intelligence, personality, motivation, leadership qualities, etc) and video interviewing capabilities. Police checks, verification checks and pre-employment medical testing area not required.
