The department is seeking a 5+ years experienced Test Manager to join the agile project in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Previous experience with testing in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) – (SAP to TechnologyOne or SAP to Aurion) is essential.

The project needs a passionate Test Manager who will be responsible for the delivery and acceptance of all testing aspects of the ERP Program. The ERP Program is currently managing two streams of capabilities Finance and HR. The ERP program aims to consolidate the departmental ERP systems into one driven by recent organisational changes.

The Test Manager will closely work with the ERP Project team to support the data migration of either SAP to TechnologyOne or SAP to Aurion.

Key Responsibility include:

• Work with various stakeholders (Business and internal IT delivery team) to ensure all work packages are tested and implemented successfully in production.
• Manage and review the development of the test strategy.
• Be accountable for the quality test plans, test documentation, test estimates and test schedule for the project.
• Be responsible in managing the testing team, coordinating, and resolving project issues.
• Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Responsible for final signoff of test activities prior to production implementation.
• Manage the definition and maintenance of various test environments and associated test data.
• Assist business team with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in readiness of Production release.
• All other tasks as directed by the Director, Project Manager or Business Lead, or SRO related to delivering / supporting the Project.
• Adhere to all department policies and guidelines including information security.
• Manage Testing artefacts in Azure DevOps.
