Tender Description
Homes Victoria is intending to release a Request for Tender or Request for Proposal in June 2022 to undertake geotechnical and environmental testing on existing land owned by the Director of Housing to inform the future use of the land.
This will be a select tender process called from pre-qualified Consultants on the Construction Supplier Register.
Contract award is expected in Quarter 2 2022.
The Government’s Local Jobs First policy and Social Procurement Framework apply to this procurement. Tender participants will need to complete a Local Industry Development Plan (LIDP) as part of Local Jobs First requirements. The Major Project Skills Guarantee (MPSG) and Apprenticeships Victoria requirements also apply to this procurement. These commitments will need to be included within the LIDP.
Homes Victoria reserves its rights to amend its approach, timing and requirements in respect to the contractor procurement process.
