The Victorian Health Building Authority (“VHBA”), part of the Department of Health ("Principal"), is in the process of refurbishing and expanding the Westside Lodge Dual Diagnosis unit at 12 Santiago Street, St Albans (located on the Sunshine Hospital site) ("Project').
This Invitation seeks to obtain Responses to an Expression of Interest ("EOI") from experienced and capable contractors interested in performing the role of Fixed Price Lump Sum Contractor ("Contractor") for the construction and building commissioning of the project (“Works”). The Project will be procured by the Principal and the funding for the Project will be provided by the Victorian Government.
VHBA is intending to release an Expression of Interest in May 20222, followed by a Request for Tender in July 2022 for Head Contractor services for the Westside Lodge Dual Diagnosis Expansion project.
