Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced building contractor to carry out building renovations to the Airlie Beach Lagoon Amenities block.
The amenities block has not had significant upgrades since construction and is currently in need of repairs and upgrades to meet current standards and to reduce operating costs.
Works are expected to begin in June and are to be completed prior to the end of August 2022.
A non-mandatory Tender Briefing has been arranged for 10am, Tuesday 17th May 2022. The location of the meeting is Airlie Beach Lagoon Amenities Building, Airlie Beach QLD 4802. Please confirm your attendance at this meeting via contracts@whitsundayrc.qld.gov.au no later than 12pm Monday 16th May 2022.
