Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Spiire in conjunction with Greater Western Water, invites suitably qualified contractors to tender for the following contract:

Construction of the below assets:

  • 330m DN560mm dia. PE potable trunk watermain along Warhawke Road
  • 343m DN225mm dia. PVC & 230m DN280mm dia. PE potable water along Recreation Road and a portion of Warhawk Road
  • 295m DN100mm dia., 404m DN150mm dia. PVC & 254m DN125mm dia., 346m DN180mm dia. PE potable reticulation water services in Stage 60

If not accredited in the required category(ies), a tender can still be submitted but the required accreditation categories must be held prior to the contract being signed. The tender process will be less time consuming if tenderers are already accredited.
