Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for Construct Only contract for refurbishment works at Varsity College (secondary campus) located at Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast.
To address the demand for additional specialist spaces at Varsity College, the Department of Education (DoE) has proposed to refurbish four (4) large existing General Learning Areas (GLAs) on level 1 of building 1759-CA2-S-00MS for conversion to science laboratories. The refurbishment will deliver three (3) new science laboratories, a Prep room/Chem store and a minimum size GLA to meet the user requirements. The refurbished spaces are required to be ready for occupation by the school in Term 1 2023, with a preferred PC date of 25 Nov 2022.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 3
Submissions close on Tuesday, 31 May, 2022 at 2.00pm at Decipha, 100 Victoria Street, West End QLD 4101. Site Visit will be held on Monday, 16th May 2022 between 2:30pm and 3:30pm.
