REGISTRATION OF INTEREST (ROI)
The Victorian Department of Transport (DoT), in partnership with V/Line, invites suitable organisations to register their interest to participate in an upcoming procurement process for the Victorian Regional Rolling Stock Maintenance Contract (RRSMC)
The proposed services include all core maintenance activities for both the VLocity and Classic rolling stock fleets. This includes routine inspections, planned and reactive maintenance and mid-life overhaul activities.
V/Line’s regional trains deliver approximately 2,000 train services each week, operated by the VLocity and Classic rolling stock fleets, currently comprising a total of 460 cars (including 264 VLocity cars and 196 in the Classic Fleet).
This Registration of Interest is the first stage of a competitive tender process for the Project.
