Tender for the Provision of Mechanical Service at Melbourne Polytechnic

Melbourne Polytechnic seeks to appoint a single contractor to provide Mechanical services that includes HVAC preventative maintenance and repairs for Melbourne Polytechnic in a manner detailed in this specification. The contract includes minor repairs during preventative maintenance services but does not include major upgrades or minor works. All work outside the specifications of this document will be procured separately.

The scope of work provided by the Contractor shall include, but not be limited to:

1. Programmed preventative maintenance (“PPM”) for the equipment listed in Attachment A of equipment, attendance to failures and malfunctions.
2. Essential services maintenance including fire mode testing, ad hoc repairs and project management of major repairs and upgrades.
