Leasing of Hanger J

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking interest in leasing Hanger J at the Forbes Aerodrome.

The hanger is on the eastern boundary of the Forbes Aerodrome and is the Southernmost hanger in the group of three hangers off Doctor Young Drive.

The building ground area is 392.9 square metres and has unsealed access to the aerodrome runway. There is no access to electricity or water at this site and no hardstand apron to the front of the Hanger. Rent is pitched at $4500 per annum paid monthly.

Offers are to be tender by 5pm Monday 16 May 2022.
