Tender Description
The existing play area near Home Road which will be upgraded under the package includes works such as installation of new play equipment, shade structure, half basketball court, walking paths, new fencing and drinking water fountain. The play equipment and shade structure will be supplied and installed by others. The main contractor will make the area ready and facilitate its installation.
The northern path is a granitic sand walking path connecting Home Road and Douglas Parade with connections to the pavilion. The scope of work includes fencing and landscaping around the irrigation water tanks and landscaping on the westside of the central car park. The walking path mostly runs through the exclusion zone and hence will require permits to work near oil lines.
