Tender Description
The Aged Care Transformational Reform will have benefits delivered through 5 program pillars, one of which is Home Care. The purpose of this pillar is to improve interoperability between the Australian Government, aged care providers and health care providers. It is anticipated that the system and toolsets will be consolidated and standardised to achieve a modern connected ecosystem to deliver a key component of the reform agenda, the Support at Home Program.
