The project involves the preparation of architectural drawings of an additional building to support the existing Temora Ambulance Museum, housed at the Bundawarrah Centre, Junee Road, Temora.
The building will be for display and storage. The concept building is proposed to be a display shed measuring approximately 36m x 54m x 4m. This would be located above a basement designed as 2/3 covered car park for ambulance vehicles and 1/3 records storage compartments.
Designs shall comply with Disabled Access code, WHS, N.C.C. 2019 and Council requirements and be suitable to support a future Development Application. In addition, N.C.C. compliance report to determine National Construction Code compliance to satisfy Council DA approval and a Geotechnical site report to determine general soil conditions. Further, preparation of a Statement of environmental effects as required for application submission.
