Tender Description
Gippsland PHN is seeking one or more providers from suitably experienced, qualified and credentialed organisations to deliver culturally safe and appropriate Indigenous Dual Diagnosis Services to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community in Bass Coast, South Gippsland and Baw Baw for the service delivery period of 15 June 2022 to 30 June 2023. Contract extensions may become available, subject to additional funding.
Gippsland PHN's indicative budget for the total of this procurement, including all related expenditure, is up to approximately $280,000.00 (ex GST).
Tenderers may apply to deliver services in one or more of the following local government areas: Bass Coast and/or South Gippsland and/or Baw Baw. Proposals must clearly articulate which regions are proposed to be covered and proposed budgets must be proportioned appropriately to each nominated region.
