This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) leads the Digital Services Division (DSD) and is responsible for the management and delivery of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services across Australia and overseas for the department. The CIO develops the department’s ICT strategy, with DSD responsible for ICT systems and associated capability to deliver business outcomes for the department, working in conjunction with key ICT service providers.
The Client and Cyber Services Branch is responsible for supporting our client’s ICT needs and Cyber Security. The department is looking for a motivational individual to join our Cyber Security team.
Key responsibilities below:
• Identify, collect, and analyse electronic data, ensure the integrity, continuity and format of data for evidentiary purposes.
• Analyse digital evidence from a wide range of devices and systems to produce clear and concise investigative reports.
• Manage and administer a core suite of information technology tools for the Integrity unit.
• Provide specialist technical advice, guidance, and training to Integrity team members on strategies and opportunities for the collection, review, use and presentation of electronic data.
• Assist with the development of processes and procedures for digital information handling.
Flexible working arrangements are supported by the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment while COVID restrictions or staged return to workplace conditions are in place, but under normal circumstances this role is expected to be undertaken onsite in Canberra at least 3 days a week in the office.
