Want to buy a bridge?

⁠⁠⁠Council is calling for Expressions of Interest for the opportunity of purchasing three (3) spans of concrete overlaid timber bridge deck removed from the Wellingrove Creek crossing on Polhill Road, Wellingrove (approximately 20km west of Glen Innes).

Prospective purchasers are encouraged to inspect the bridge sections on site. The bridge sections are available as is where is. All bridge sections remaining on site are included in this purchase and must be removed from site within six (6) months of notice that the expression of interest is successful. Expressions of interest should be marked “EOI – Polhill Road Bridge Sections” and lodged by mail to PO Box 61 Glen Innes NSW 2370 or by email to council@gisc.nsw.gov.au(link sends e-mail) by 4:00pm Friday, 27 May 2022. Late submissions will not be considered.
