Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co., Ltd is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide Suction Pile Jewelry for mooring anchor suction piles in support of the Jansz-Io Compression Project.
Contractor shall be responsible for the design, engineering, fabrication, inspection, marking, testing, documentation, packing, and preparation for transport of Suction Pile Jewelry for installation on suction piles for Jansz-Io Field Control Station.
The scope of supply shall include:
• Twenty-Six (26) 24” diameter vent cap and assembly
• Three (3) emergency covers suitable for use with the 24” diameter vent caps
• Thirteen (13) suction ports with 6” opening and corresponding plugs
• Thirteen (13) bulls eye levels, 12” diameter with +/-7-deg range in 1-deg increment with associated mounting hardware
• Any installation and commissioning tools and/or spare parts
