EAP Services

⁠⁠⁠Mitchell Shire Council (Council) is committed to providing on-going access to the services of an effective, responsive and quality Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all employees and their immediate family members.

Our aim is to be a preferred employer, providing support for all of our employees. An effective EAP is an integral part of the support we provide to our employees.

Our EAP provider must be user friendly, providing accessible and readily available EAP services which encourage employees to use the service, provides timely and quality counselling support, provides valuable data about the users of the service, and supports and assists Council to identify and address issues, trends or actions identified through the service.

Mitchell Shire Council is seeking proposals for the engagement of a suitably qualified service provider for three (3) years, commencing 1 August 2022 and ending 30 June 2025. Optional extensions to the term for the service based on contractor performance will also be considered if proposed.
