Kingston City Council (KCC) is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Contractor to provide Programmed Tree Maintenance Services within road reserves in the Suburb of Cheltenham only.
The Services include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Site Inspections;
* Tree Inspections and the assessment of required works;
* Reporting any damage or defects to any site asset that is observed during the provision of the Services;
* Arboricultural Maintenance;
* Tree Clearance Pruning around low voltage powerlines, service lines, power poles, transformers, telephone lines, pay TV service lines, street lights, road signs and traffic control devices;
* Tree Clearance Pruning around high voltage powerlines;
* Valley Pruning;
* Formative Pruning of young maturing Trees to improve their structure;
* Crown Lifting mature Trees to provide clearance over footpaths, nature strips, driveways, roadways and street signage;
* the removal, if directed, of Dead Trees and Trees that are hazardous to safety;
* the provision of a response system to Council's Customer Request System.
