This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Over the years’ various technology components have been built and deployed within AIHW as a part of implementing new capabilities, infrastructure upgrades, and environment enhancements. This heterogeneous development ingrains inefficiencies and may introduce undocumented risk to AIHW.
AIHW is seeking a review of the current network services and devices as detailed in Annex A with the aim of formalising a strategy for improving ICT services, reliability, capability and risk for AIHW and its stakeholders.
The scope of the review is limited to:
a. AIHW Production environments at the Primary and Secondary Data Centres
b. AIHW Production Cloud connections Environments
c. AIHW DMZ Environments
d. All external pathways and gateways
e. Bandwidth considerations
f. Always on VPN
The review will address individual network segments and services in AIHW to cover at least a 5-year projection. But the report will also need to address the implications of the recommendations at the enterprise level to optimise any future program of work to deliver the report outcomes.
