Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠NESA requires external expertise to collect and analyse data from users to understand:

  • how and where the main users of ACE find the information they need
  • how and where users seek additional information
  • the types of additional information that users need
  • how users interpret the information to make decisions
  • features of ACE that make it easier for users to understand the information.
