Tender Description
Development Victoria intends to engage a suitable contractor for the delivery of Landscaping Works located in Epping North.
A Selective Tender will be conducted with bidders invited from the VicRoads Prequalification Scheme. Bidders will be required to be prequalified to the relevant Works Category.
Selected Bidders will need to demonstrate experience delivering major road Streetscape Landscaping valued up to $1,000,000.
Tender documentation including a Request for Proposal will be made available to invited bidders from mid May 2022 with works forecast to commence in late 2022.
The tender will be awarded on a construct only basis, with the successful bidder appointed under an amended AS2124 contract.
The procurement will be subject to the Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement and Social Procurement Framework requirements.
