This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
ACIAR requires a Senior Service Desk and ICT Operations Officer (“the Officer”) to provide ICT end user and operations support.
The position is based on-site in Canberra and is required to support key ICT systems and assist in the delivery of ICT projects.
This includes both cloud and on-premise systems, desktop and mobile hardware, and software. ACIAR operates in a on-premise/cloud hybrid environment that is predominantly built and Microsoft products.
