Tender Description
The Department is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from NRSCH registered community housing providers to take on the long term asset and tenancy management of 251 social housing dwellings in Darwin and 250 social housing dwellings in Palmerston.
Subject to the outcome of the EOI, preferred proponent/s may be invited to enter into negotiations for a community housing management agreement.
