Senior Test Analysts x 2

The responsibilities of this role include, however are not limited to:

o Analysis of business requirements and / or functional specification documents and translating these into test plans,
o Planning, preparation, execution and maintenance of associated test documentation such as test cases, scripts and test data,
o Leading or taking part in testing activities within the FWO using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies,
o Test Execution;
o Work closely with our business areas and developers to:
o deliver comprehensive testing processes that meet the project deliverables; and
o lead analysis and management of defects through to remediation
o Develop and distribute test reports to inform management and stakeholders on current testing activities; and
o Provide guidance and advice to junior, less experienced or contract testers as required
o Manage and prioritise multiple, diverse workloads or priorities simultaneously.
o Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders about incident findings to facilitate rectification, anticipating and responding to their needs and expectations and ensuring stakeholder expectations are clearly articulated, documented, and understood.
o Demonstrated experience in Dynamics CRM and SharePoint
o Contribute to testing activity in a BAU environment
o Working knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
o Proven experience in end-to-end application testing, performance, user acceptance and non-functional testing, including API testing.
o Understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

Key capabilities and skills sought for this role are:

o Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Test Analyst Role with proven experience in a leadership/management
o Agile methodology – experience working in agile environments
o Demonstrated experience in Dynamics CRM and SharePoint
o Organisational Skills - ability to manage competing priorities, resources and deadlines
o Business Acumen - apply knowledge of the business (FWO) and the Testing discipline to advance the organisations goals
o Service Excellence - build intra-team relationships (both within the Test team and broader Tech Branch teams). Seek ways to improve outcomes for clients.
o Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, including an ability to prepare high level reports
o Practical knowledge and /or experience with:
o ISO Testing Standards,
o Accessibility, Usability, Privacy and Security Standards,
o Microsoft technologies including C#, .NET and Visual Studio; and
o Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin
o Experience using Azure DevOps (for Pipeline Build, Releases and/or Test Plans)
o Experience in Agile Development environments
