Tender Description
The City of Gold Coast (CoGC) is seeking information on software solutions that allow members of the public (event organisers) to create a site map for events.
There is currently an online application form for Event Organisers to submit their request to use Council controlled land:

The application form requires a site map to be submitted. The site map must comprise an aerial photo of the event location and include the placement of infrastructure (i.e., staging, toilets, marquees, food stalls, rides, bins, etc). The CoGC are currently exploring ways in which we can increase the service being provided to event organisers, which would allow for a higher level of event assessment/professional event delivery.
One of the key initiatives is to procure a site mapping solution that would be link to the online event application form on the City’s website. Event organisers lodging an application would then have the ability to click through and utilise a site mapping tool for free, create a professional site map, and upload the high-quality site map as part of the application form that comes through to City Events after submission. It should be noted that the event application form is facilitated by Open Forms.
As outlined in the Information Process above, CoGC may request suppliers to conduct product presentations as part of this RFI process.
