Tender Description
The Aotearoa NZ Advanced Training Subcommittee in Infectious Diseases seeks expressions of interest from Fellows for 1 vacant position starting in August 2022.
The Subcommittee oversees operational and local matters for infectious diseases training in Aotearoa NZ and reports to the Advanced Training Committee in Infectious Diseases.
Key responsibilities include:
- monitor and assess individual trainee progress in infectious diseases in Aotearoa NZ
- confirm completion of training requirements for progression to Fellowship
- provide support to supervisors in infectious diseases in Aotearoa NZ
The Subcommittee holds 1 face-to-face meeting at the RACP Office in Wellington and up to 8 video conferences a year. The College meets the travel costs of Subcommittee members.
The next meeting is face-to-face meeting in Wellington in August.
