Tender Description
Goulburn Mulwaree Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors for biosolids dewatering, transport and beneficial reuse from Goulburn WWTP. The Contractor will be responsible for the regular dewatering of four (4) sludge lagoons with a solid content of approximately 4% for the next three (3) years. There will be an optional 2 year extension based on KPI's over the initial contract period.
