2 X ICT Service Desk Analyst - to be based in Canberra or Melbourne Office - 22CPU089 & 22CPU090

⁠⁠⁠Comcare is seeking 2 x ICT Service Desk Analysts with an interest in the Federal Government sphere. Service Desk Analysts provide responsible, reliable, and respectful service desk support to users of Comcare’s ICT systems within the service level agreement timeframes and as directed.

This role is the first point of contact for all ICT enquiries. The Service Desk Analyst will maintain and promote a strong client focused technology service culture to support Comcare’s business operations.

This position would be suitable for those that have recent qualifications or are new to the IT industry as on the job training is provided.

To be successful in this role you will need to have;

• strong knowledge of Microsoft-based software
• excellent organisational skills
• ambitious and motivated with an ability to quickly learn new skills and who gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service.
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• ability to abide by a consistent set of standards/procedures
• strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work with broad supervision to determine and prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
