Preparation of detailed design and supporting documentation to provide sufficient documentation to allow construction to take place (IFC) for Railway Parade Local Strip Shopping Centre Redevelopment. Council has an approved Concept Design which will guide the consultant in the expected outcomes. The appointed Consultant is to develop the Concept in conjunction with Council Officers and prepare Detailed Drawings and Specifications to allow the Project to be advertised for Construction. Estimated project value is $30,000 to $50,000.
