Supply & Install UPVC Windows & Doors

⁠⁠⁠The American Embassy in Canberra, Australia, has a requirement for a contractor to supply and install UPVC Windows and Doors at a residential property in the ACT.

Interested contractors will need to fill 11 through 16 of the SF-18 following this letter. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend the site visit to be held at 10am on April 28, 2022. Please register your interest in attending with Liliana Benguria at BenguriaL@state.gov by COB April 27, 2022.

The location of the site visit will be shared with registered interested vendors only. The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the lowest technically acceptable quote. Award will be made on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if the is a need to do so.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

Please read the RFQ carefully, and if you are interested, submit your quotation. Return the completed SF-18 to the address shown in Block 5a of the SF-18 by 4pm on May 27, 2021.
