This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Support and development of legacy case management systems.
The AAT is seeking a service provider to deliver ongoing support and development services for case management database and workflow systems. The systems are based on a multi-tier architecture comprising storage layer, application layer and presentation layer.
The successful seller is expected to provide:
• an on-site developer to provide support and development of these systems
• technical advice and assistance with requirements specification, and report on work in progress
Essential skills and experience
• A minimum of 5 years software development experience with Java 5, JSP, Microsoft SQL,
• JavaScript, HTML / CSS
• Demonstrated experience using debugging, unit testing, profiling and analysis tools
• Experience integrating web services
Nice-to-have skills and experience
• Experience of continuous delivery in an agile environment, particularly in a government organisation
• Familiarity with the AAT and it’s caseloads
• Experience maintaining, integrating or upgrading legacy systems
