About the Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle: The Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle represents the Catholic Church in a region extending from Lake Macquarie to Taree and as far inland as Merriwa and Murrurundi. A diocese is simply a community of Christ's faithful - it represents a portion of the people of God in a particular area, which is entrusted to a bishop.
ABOUT THE RFT
The Catholic Diocese of Maitland Newcastle (CDMN) invites Respondents to submit a Request for Tender (RFT) for the alterations and additions to the Newcastle West Tribunal Building which is to be converted into a resource center.
In participating in the RFT process and in submitting an RFT, the Respondent agrees to be bound by this RFT.

Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender boxRespondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME
Tenders close at 3:00pm AEST on Friday 6th May 2022, submissions must be fully received by this time. The Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
