Tender Description
Hutt Valley and Capital & Coast District Health Boards (the DHBs) have a number of contracts that are being reviewed in the facilities management area. There are a few larger contracts and a number of smaller panel type arrangements. This ROI covers Block 1 – Grounds. The other contract to review is called Block 1 – Smaller Service Areas and is being reviewed in a separate procurement process at the same time.
Grounds has two subcategories which will be offered separately:
- grounds and gardens
- window and building cleaning for the Hutt Valley DHB
The process will be a two staged open market process:
- Registration of Interest (ROI)
- Request for Proposal (RFP)
This ROI is the first formal step in the process and is intended to be of minimal effort for respondents and allow the DHBs to create a short list of suppliers to invite to enter a simple RFP process.
